5 Year international warranty

We guarantee your watch against malfunction and manufacturing defects for a period of five years with effect from its date of purchase. Straps and Crystal are excluded form this warranty. You can consult our complete warranty terms in our general terms & conditions.

The warranty period for “Guest watches” purchased in our shop is of 2 years, unless specified differently. 

How to obtain your warranty

If you experience any malfunction or manufacturing defect, please inform us immediately at service@watchangels.ch attaching a picture illustrating the issue and a short description of the problem. We will then follow-up with you and carry you through our simple repair and warranty process.

Servicing

Because you buy directly from the factory, we offer periodical servicing at very competitive rates. We recommend you to service your watch every two years to keep it functioning optimally and to ensure it retains its value.
